Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CareerPocket AI ("the Service"), provided by Trusted-Aide IT & Cybersecurity ("we", "us", "our"), based in Singapore. By purchasing a license or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. License grant

Subject to your payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CareerPocket AI for the duration of your access period or active subscription. The license is for a single user — you.

2. License key restrictions

Your license key is personal and may not be shared, sold, sublicensed, or transferred. We reserve the right to revoke licenses that are shared or used in violation of these Terms without refund.

CareerPocket AI uses AI features that require you to supply your own API key from a third-party provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or a self-hosted local model). You are solely responsible for:

All purchases are final. Because CareerPocket AI is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. Please review the product description, demo video, and FAQ before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact support@trusted-aide.com and we will work to resolve it.

6. Subscription billing

If you choose a subscription plan, you authorise LemonSqueezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

7. Service availability

The Service runs in your browser and does not depend on our servers for day-to-day operation. We make reasonable efforts to keep the sales site, license validation, and supporting resources available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Updates and features

We may update the Service from time to time. Active subscribers receive access to new features as they are released. One-time access purchases include the features available at the time of purchase plus reasonable bug fixes within the access period.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce specific career outcomes (such as job offers, interviews, or promotions). The Service is a tool to support your job search — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data.

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
